Message Hey guys,

First, i wanted to thank many of you for supporting our products and being patient through some challenges we have bumped into.
I wanted to directly address a few concerns that popped up recently and clear up anything that may be lingering.

Getting to the point, there are two issues we had to address with the Z32 EFI harness since the product was released for sale in September 2012.
1 - First production run had the speedometer and CEL light wires were reversed on the dash connector. Both are yellow/green and it slipped by. We fixed the issue on all in-stock inventory and reached out to as many customers as we could in order to address the issue. This was fixed on all subsequent production harnesses in January 2013. No harnesses sold from that date have this issue.

We made a small tutorial to help those who installed the harness in their car, in January. Here is the link:

We know how annoying this issue has been for a number of you, so again, we apologize for the uncharacteristic slip-up on this. If help is needed, just reach out to us.

2 - Fuel temp sensor tape ring - The fuel temp connector (1-pin) was taped to the wrong coilpack branch, which again caused confusion during installation and presented itself as a misfire, as the coil from cyl 3 and 2 would be reversed. The issue has been addressed and the fuel temp wire is now free to move.
Solution - the tape that holds the fuel temp connector does need to be removed and the coil connectors should be installed based on wire colors specified in the instructions we supply.

With the above issues addressed, the EFI harness should not require any attention and should be a significant improvement over a stock unit, with our new Quick Release dash plug and Injector sub-harnesses supplied to ease the installation and upgrading the engine.

However, if there are any questions or concerns about our products, we are always here and do offer 7-day a week support. Bernie Bilski, who has been a great help in designing and supporting the EFI harness is also easily accessible through this forum.

It is my hope that the above info, albeit late for some, will help address concerns and headaches we have caused and confirm that we stand behind our product and are here to help. Please feel free to hit us up at sales@wiringspecialties.com or by phone 860-799-6579.

Lastly, i want to thank a few forum members for helping us in addressing the aforementioned issues and truly supporting our efforts.

Sincerely,
Yury Lyalko
President
